1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all bookings made via Alladdin, including but not limited to:

Furniture & Décor

Audio Visual & Technical Equipment

Catering & Food & Beverages (F&B)
-
Manpower, Performers & Event Services
By confirming a booking and/or making payment, the client agrees to this policy.
2. Definitions
-
Event Date: The originally confirmed event date, irrespective of postponements.
-
Booking Value: Total confirmed order value including items, services, logistics, and taxes (excluding refundable security deposits).
-
National & Festive Days: UAE public holidays and officially declared festive dates as per UAE Government calendar.
-
Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control including government restrictions, extreme weather, supplier shutdowns, or legal prohibitions.
3. Cancellation Policy (Client-Initiated)
Cancellation charges apply per booking, not per item, unless stated otherwise.
Standard Cancellation Charges

15–30 days before Event Date: 25% of total booking value

3–14 days before Event Date: 50% of total booking value
-
Less than 72 hours before Event Date: 70% of total booking value
-
Less than 24 hours before Event Date: 100% of total booking value
4. Category-Specific Rules (Override Standard Policy)
Food & Beverages (Catering, Food, Beverages)

Any cancellation or reduction within 72 hours of the event will be charged 100%, due to procurement, preparation, and wastage risk.
People & Services (Chefs, Staff, Performers, Technicians)
-
Any cancellation within 48 hours will incur 100% charges, as resources are blocked exclusively.
Audio Visual & Technical Equipment
-
Cancellation within 72 hours will attract a minimum 70% charge, increasing up to 100% if equipment has been dispatched or installed.
5. Deposits
Non-Refundable Deposits
-
All advance payments made to reserve inventory, services, or manpower are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
Refundable Security Deposit
-
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 applies to catering and select technical equipment.
-
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after complete return, inspection, and damage clearance.
-
Deductions may apply for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.
6. National & Festive Days Policy
-
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations on National or Festive Days, irrespective of notice period.
-
Rescheduling may be allowed only at Alladdin’s discretion, subject to partner availability and revised festive pricing.
-
Original pricing is not guaranteed.
7. Order Modifications
-
Changes to delivery address, event timing, rental duration, or scope may be accommodated subject to availability.
-
Quantity reductions within 72 hours are treated as partial cancellations and charged accordingly.
-
No refunds for unused items after delivery or event commencement.
8. Event Postponement
-
One-time postponement is permitted if requested at least 7 days prior to the Event Date.
-
The new event date must be within 60 days of the original date.
-
Subsequent postponements will be treated as cancellations.
-
Pricing and availability are subject to partner confirmation.
9. Cancellation by Alladdin
If Alladdin is unable to fulfill an order due to force majeure or partner failure, the client may choose:

A full refund, or
-
A credit note valid for 90 days
Alladdin’s liability is strictly limited to the booking value paid.
10. Damages, Loss & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse during the rental period.
-
Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
-
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
11. Refund Process
-
Refund requests must be submitted to Alladdin Customer Support.

Processing timeline:
-
5–7 business days for approval and initiation
-
1–3 business days for bank reflection
-
-
Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
-
No cash refunds.
12. Exceptions, Partner Performance & Enforcement
-
Exceptions may be reviewed for medical emergencies or bereavement, subject to valid documentation.
-
Delays or non-performance by partners may result in deductions as per the signed partner agreement.
-
Repeated failures may lead to termination of partnership.
-
Alladdin reserves the right to enforce corrective actions including:

Immediate removal from site
-
Suspension or blacklisting
-
Approval of exceptions is discretionary and not guaranteed.
13. Policy Amendments
-
Alladdin reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
-
The policy version active at the time of booking confirmation shall apply.
-
Delays or non-performance may result in deductions as per signed partner agreement.
-
Repeated failures may lead to termination.
-
Immediate removal from site.
-
Suspension or blacklisting.
