2. Quality Standards

All items must meet agreed specifications and quality benchmarks.

Substandard, defective, or damaged supplies may be rejected or penalized.
3. Delay & Failure Penalties

Delays in delivery, setup, or breakdown may result in monetary deductions or other corrective actions.

Repeated failures will be escalated as per Alladdin’s enforcement policy.
4. Damage Liability

Partners are responsible for any damage caused due to negligence during transit, setup, or dismantling.

Costs for repair or replacement may be deducted from payments or billed separately.
5. Professional Conduct

Unprofessional behavior towards clients, guests, or Alladdin staff will not be tolerated.

Possible consequences include:

Immediate removal from event site

Suspension or blacklisting

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will first be addressed through written notice and mutual discussion.

Escalation to legal action will only occur if resolution is not possible through discussion.
7. Termination Rights
