1. Delivery & Timelines

  • Partners must strictly adhere to agreed delivery, setup, and breakdown schedules.

  • Timely execution is critical to ensure smooth event operations.

2. Quality Standards

  • All items must meet agreed specifications and quality benchmarks.

  • Substandard, defective, or damaged supplies may be rejected or penalized.

3. Delay & Failure Penalties

  • Delays in delivery, setup, or breakdown may result in monetary deductions or other corrective actions.

  • Repeated failures will be escalated as per Alladdin’s enforcement policy.

4. Damage Liability

  • Partners are responsible for any damage caused due to negligence during transit, setup, or dismantling.

  • Costs for repair or replacement may be deducted from payments or billed separately.

5. Professional Conduct

  • Unprofessional behavior towards clients, guests, or Alladdin staff will not be tolerated.

  • Possible consequences include:

    • Immediate removal from event site

    • Suspension or blacklisting

6. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will first be addressed through written notice and mutual discussion.

  • Escalation to legal action will only occur if resolution is not possible through discussion.

7. Termination Rights

  • Alladdin reserves the right to terminate partnerships in case of:

    • Repeated quality issues

    • Misconduct or unprofessional behavior

    • Non-compliance with agreed standards

8. Uniform Compliance

  • Partners are required to wear official Alladdin uniforms during delivery, setup, and breakdown.

  • Non-compliance may result in penalties or disqualification from the event.
